Classroom Implementation Plan
Now that you have learned more about the course topics, it is time for you to build a plan for implementation in your classroom. Complete this two-page template. On the first page, you will describe how you plan to implement your course ideas. On the second page, you will prepare five action steps you must complete to successfully implement your ideas. If you are not currently teaching, you can apply these prompts to a future classroom or a hypothetical one instead. You must complete both pages of this plan to receive full credit, and the content must be in your own words.

Instructional Activities Lesson Planning Template
Use this Lesson Planning Template to build a set of lessons for an upcoming unit, or up to five instructional days. Start by establishing the unit-level subject, dates, and content standards, then complete a daily plan for each day in your sequence. You do not need to complete all five days — only the number appropriate for your lesson sequence.
Learning Objective Template
Use this template to draft up to four learning objectives for an upcoming unit or topic. For each objective, identify the level of knowledge (using Bloom's), the behavior, condition, and criteria — then combine those into a complete objective statement. Complete only the number of objectives you need; skip the rest.

Online Education Goals Template
Consider the different elements of a lesson cycle listed below, as well as some of the typical tasks you have to take care of as a teacher. Choose at least two to four of the elements and set an intentional goal for yourself as to how you can incorporate technology into the element to transition it from traditional to an online setting, in a manner that increases productivity or student success and engagement. Student Growth Plan Template
Use this template to plan an individual student's growth across reading behaviors. Consider the student's current reading level (which will not necessarily correlate with grade level) and compare those behaviors to the next level. Use Fountas and Pinnell's "Behaviors to Notice" document as a resource. Choose only 1–3 focus skills to work on at any given time. Complete the initial plan now, then return to record status checks and the final exit notes on your scheduled dates.
Student Growth Plan Template
Use this template to plan and track a student's reading growth. Consider the student's current reading level (which will not necessarily correlate with their grade level), then compare those behaviors to the reading behaviors at the next level. Choose 1–3 focus skills at a time, then return to update the status check notes during your planned check dates.
Text Annotations Unit Plan
Use this template to plan a unit that teaches text annotations. Identify the text, the purpose, the symbols you will teach, the context clues you will introduce, your writing prompt, and the assessment questions that go with it.
