Holistic & Analytic Rubric Templates

Plan your writing lesson and growth plan to include an objective, writing task, a rubric, and an explanation of how you will use the rubric data. Then complete either the holistic or the analytic rubric template based on your selected rubric type.

For a sample completed document, you may return to your course module and view a completed sample.

Complete this section only if you selected a Holistic rubric. Begin with the "Meets Expectations" criteria, then formulate descriptors for above- and below-grade-level writing.
