Student Growth Plan Template

Use this template to plan and track a student's reading growth. Consider the student's current reading level (which will not necessarily correlate with their grade level), then compare those behaviors to the reading behaviors at the next level. Choose 1–3 focus skills at a time, then return to update the status check notes during your planned check dates.
